Abstracts

Abstracts can be submittet until April 22 (extended), 2016 by uploading a pdf-file (one page) in the conftool-system. Please use the templates that we provide as word file and as pdf file.

The ConfTool system consists of three parts: first you have to create a user accout("Account Login - Register new"), then (or later) you can submit an abstract ("Your Submission"), and in the last step you can register for the conference.

If you want to submit an abstract, you have the choice of submitting to the regular sessions or to one of the three minisymposia. Minisymposia consist only of invited talks, which also have to be entered into the system. In the regular sessions there are the contribution types "Oral presentation", "Plenary lecture", "Keynote lecture", "Poster", "Software-Poster" and "Facility-Poster" to choose from. Only invited speakers are supposed to submit "Plenary lectures" and "Invited lectures".

With a software poster you can present neutron software on a poster and on your own computer. We will provide power outlets and tables. We would like to create a forum for this important aspect and invite you therefore to use this possibility.

The reviewers decide upon acceptance and type (talk or poster) of the submissions.

Duration ot the talks:
  • Keynote lecure: 20 min + 5 min
  • Contributed talk: 12 min + 3 min
  • Plenary lecture, WPP lecture: 30 min + 5 min
  • Evening lecture: 40 min + 5 min
The duration of talks in minisymposia can be different.

You find the abstract submission (ConfTool) here.
