[kfn-waehler] KFN election: Please tell your colleagues!

KFN email newsletter on August 25, 2020

Dear neutron users,

You are registered as eligible to vote for the German Committee Research with Neutrons (KFN). Please contact us if you are no longer working with neutrons (see "Unsubscription" below)!

In October, a new KFN ( will be elected, which will represent your interests as neutron user.

Will you and your colleagues take part?

This election fulfils three tasks:

- It is the "democratic" legitimation of the KFN and thus gives weight to the KFN in the political discussion
- It gives users the opportunity to choose who will represent their interests
- The number of registered voters and the level of voter turnout are often used as indicators for the research area

That is why we ask for your help in the run-up to the election:

- Please forward this email to colleagues who have not been working with neutrons for a long time and therefore might not have registered yet
- Be sure to vote in the October elections
- Please unsubscribe if are not eligible to vote any more (see below ho to unsubscribe)
